Solution Architecture

We provide solution architecture skills for information technology projects where typically we would interpret business requirements and develop a solution high level design that meets an organisation's technical standards and governance regime. Our approach, developed over the past fifteen years of engagements in this role, incorporates the principles of the major frameworks but is still understandable by the business users. Credit Risk & Fraud

Our project experience for financial services clients is mainly focussed on the credit risk and fraud functions of banks covering both regulatory and operational aspects of risk management. We developed the application blueprint and complex calculations (A-IRB) for an Australian bank for the Basel II accord and extended the solution for impaired asset provisioning and economic capital calculation. In the UK, we have developed the application blueprints for transaction fraud detection solutions for a major UK retail bank covering internet, telephony, ATM and point-of-sale. Information Engineering

A long history of developing, supporting and using large information systems has provided us with the opportunity to develop deep expertise in information engineering. Over this period we have developed: an operational data store for an airline, a web site content store for a media client, a force sustainability analysis system and data warehouse for a defence client, a talent cost management system for an international broadcaster, a credit risk analysis system for a mobile phone operator and a risk information store for an Australian bank.
